The story so far...

Hearing someone’s story can be the start you need to change your life and get support.

Providing affordable and inclusive mental health education and support, delivered within a safe and understanding community.

Recognising that not everyone is fortunate enough or able to access mental health therapy, Anne-Marie is dedicated to curating a variety of events focusing on mental health-related topics with the ultimate goal of providing affordable and inclusive mental health education and support, delivered within a safe and understanding community.

Outlet Ten Discussions is proud to partner with the UK's first and only free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging service for anyone who is struggling to cope - Shout, with whom you can seek support after any event if you have been affected.

"My goal is to provide the best events I can, so it is a learning curve for all our attendees, but most importantly, I want to build a community where we can all help each other and not be afraid – it’s okay not to be okay!"
